1. After the order is confirmed, we will make proforma invoice to the customer

2. After receiving the deposit, we will arrange production. The lead time is about 5-20 working days (depending on machine type) after receiving the can samples and deposit. For example, lead time of semi auto can seamer is: 5-7 working days. Lead time of fully auto can seamer 15-20 working days.

3. For the semi-automatic can seamer, we need about 10 sample cans for each size .For the fully automatic can seamer, we need about 30 sample cans for each size.

  1. After making the frame, our wokers will assembly the machine. All frame will adopt Stainsteel material.
  2. Using well-known electronic components.
  3. Debugging  the machine for different  can sizes.

Final inspection before delivery

  1. After finishing a can seamer, we will make some tests, such as, the tightness, the fold rate etc.. We will send the testing results to customers.
  2. If customer has different can sizes, and need to change extra moulds, we will record related videos and send them to our customers.
  3. Before deliving can sealing machines, can sealing machine will be running continuously about 2-3 days to make sure the stability of the can seamer.

  1. When packing can seaming machines, we will check all accessories, clean the machine, apply anti-rust oil, wrap the machine with polyester film. Finally, put can seamer machine into the export wooden case.
  2. Collect the final payment/balance, booking by the customer's designated freight forwarder or our freight forwarder.
